Servo Amplifiers and Drives

Servo AmplifiersA Servo Amplifier utilizes an incremental encoder to derive the velocity signal and to commutate the motor. High performance analog PWM Servo Amplifier for control of both rotary and linear brushless servo motors. All servo Amplifiers can operate in current (torque) or some Servo Amplifiers can operate in velocity (RPM) mode. Some of the servo amplifiers with extensive utilization on the surface can transfer heat. Servo amplifiers have the highest response and most accurate position capabilities. The servo amplifier mutates the motor sinusoidally for ultra smooth operation at all speeds then the servo amplifier utilizes the feedback from a resolver mounted on the motor. Servo amplifiers virtually have no PWM (pulse width modulation) at our output stage and can drive zero inductance loads giving extremely high signal to noise ratio for very precise positioning. Servo Drives receive a command signal from a control signal, amplifies the signal, and transmits electric current to a servo motor in order to produce motion proportional to the command signal. Typically the command signal represents a desired velocity, but can also represent a desired torque or position.
