Gearboxes
There are different types of gearboxes namely In-line planetary gearbox, Spur Gearbox, Worm Gearbox and a right angle Gearbox, Nema Gearboxes. A gearbox provides speed and torque from a rotating power source to another device using gear ratios. Gearboxes to reflect their simplicity provides gear reductions.
Planetary Gearboxes: maximum torque, minimum backlash for high performance applications. High efficiency. Used on servo motors and for demanding stepper motors. Nema Gearboxes: Moderate torque, low backlash with nema mounting dimensions. Used on stepper motors and for less demanding servo applications. Special Gearboxes: Output shaft and mounting details customized to your specific needs: special coatings for food processing applications. Right angle Planetary Gearbox: Space saving, high speed input and high torque output for optimum servo performance. Low backlash, self aligning mounting design ensures error free installation. Unique sealed floating bearing optimized servo performance. High efficiency.
Applications:
- Timers
- Peristaltic pumps
- Rotating displays
- Cctv ancillary drives
- Control Valve actuation
- Medical
- Scientific fixed speed drives
Specifications:
- Ratios vary to the different gearboxes but they start from 4.1 up to 15000:1
- Torque also varies but start from 8Nm up to 40Nm
- Different square flange for all gearboxes
