Encoders
There is a wide variety of encoders namely absolute encoders, incremental, hollow shaft, Blind hollow, linear rotary and absolute multitone.
Encoders supply feedback, it can convert info from one format or code to another, for the purpose of standardization, speed, secrecy, security or saving space by shrinking space. The most common encoders are the Absolute and Incremental. The Absolute encoders have a binary coded disk that can track a rotating shaft.
The Incremental Encoders is a type of delta encoding compression algorithm whereby common prefixes or suffixes and their lengths are recorded so they don`t need to be duplicated.
